Can an atheist go to a catholic school?

Depends on the school and the country the school is in.

Some schools aren’t too worried and are happy to take tuition fees from anyone.

Some do their best to discriminate against non-Catholics of any sort, for example the segregated schools in Northern Ireland. (There, though, an atheist might fare better than a Protestant.)

If you wonder about a particular school, write the principal/headmaster and ask.
