Been in the occult( spirituality) (new Age) for 5 years or so but have a lot of fear about quitting, I keep going back because of that fear and threats. How do I get out, please only answer if you have gone through this.

If it’s at all possible, I would suggest moving to a new area where people in the cult will not recognize you.
I would also suggest going to the police or even the FBI. If you are receiving threats from a cult organization the FBI may help dismantle the cult or the specific branch of the cult.

Fear and threats? I would suggest that you go to a professional counselor and the police. I do not think that a personal experience similar to yours is necessary to see that fear and threats are not to be tolerated, and I encourage you to use the system that is available for remedying the problem.
